Like what the poem was saying about the sun, as soon as it begins to rise, it's going to reach a point and begin to set. All good things (good and bad) ar going to come to end at some point. B.) It's basically saying that children should not try to grow up so fast because once they are officially adults, they're going to wish that they cherished their childhood more.
